Anger & Anger Management

San Diego Veterans Affair Health Care System - Anger Management Program

I have been involved in organizing an anger management program with the help of Jim Fiedler, MA to focus on treatment of anger problems in Veterans.

The goal of this program is to:

  • provide educational facts about anger,

  • teach practical means of managing anger, and

  • monitor whether anger problems decrease - even after the class is over.

To that end, we conduct a 9 week structured anger class, which is open to Veterans in the San Diego area.

For this class, we have put together a course manual, which can be downloaded here.

Recent Presentation about Anger and Its Consequences

I have collected a number of important issues surrounding anger and anger management.  The presentation, which I have given to several groups in the San Diego area can be downloaded here.
